For every approved application, you will receive a Member ID No.
Please provide us the Member ID No. when placing your order.
You or your friend can share one Member ID No. but we will only deposit the rebate to registered person only.

4) Benefit?
Good news!
You will receive 15% cash rebate based on the successful purchase value.
(Not inclusive of courier charges and promotional items)
Bare in mind that you or your friend must provide us the Member ID No when placing your order. Any Member ID No. received after delivery of goods will not be entertained.

5) Payment currency?
Only in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

6) How & When will I get paid?
We will deposit your earned rebate into your bank account every end of the month for every minimum RM 50 earned.

7) What if my rebate is less than RM 50?
We will bring forward to following month until you accumulate RM 50.

8) Will I get terminated?
AMOROUS has the rights to terminate your membership with immediate effect if you are involved or suspected for any unlawful, money laundering or any illegal activities without prior notice given.

Delivery Area
Only to residential or commercial address within Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O.Boxes or hotels.

Klang Valley: RM 10 (flat rate)
Upon confirmation of your order, kindly allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Other states: Kindly enquire the courier service rate charges from us before hand.
Upon confirmation of your order, kindly allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Tracking no. will be provided on the day we courier your order.

FREE delivery for purchase valued RM 200 and above per order.

1) Exchange ?
All our lingerie are not exchangeable.

2) Can I cancel my order before or after payment ?
Yes.
Before Payment : Orders will be hold for 7days only. We will cancel your order automatically if there is no payment receive as mentioned.

After Payment : (Cash deposit) Kindly inform us within 24hours upon receiving the payment.
(Cheque) Kindly inform us maximum 3days after we have bank-in the cheque.

There will be a 10% cancellation fees based on the purchase value.
Orders cannot be cancel once we have sent out for delivery.

3) Refund ?
Sorry, all purchase are non refundable.
